This chart is to help you figure out how much fabric you will need based on the size quilt you make. Your quilt will consist of 9", 7", 5" and 2" squares.

• Throw 46" X 46" | 7 X 7 = 49 squares
• Crib 50" X 53" | 8 X 8 = 64 squares
• Twin 75" X 98" | 12 X 15 = 180 squares
• Double 83" X 106" | 13 X 17 = 221 squares
• Queen 90" X 106" | 14 X 17 = 238 squares
• King 108" X 108" | 17 X 17 = 289 squares

• 1-9" strip will = 4-9" squares
  
• 1-7" strip will = 5-7" squares
  1yd will = 35 squares
• 1-5" strip will = 8-5" squares
  1yd will =35 squares
  or you can use 5" charm squares (purchase the number you need for the size quilt you will be making)
• 1-2" strip = 20-2" squares
  1/4yd will = 80 squares
• You will also need 2" squares for the edges and corner
• You will need batting for each block you make. The batting will be 7" squares
